After premiering in Sydney, Roald Dahl’s delicious tale, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, will open its doors in Melbourne from August and is on sale in Brisbane. It’s a delectable treat featuring songs from the original film, including Pure Imagination, The Candy Man and I’ve Got a Golden Ticket, alongside a brand new, toe-tapping and ear-tickling new score.

Edgar Stirling

Edgar Stirling is ten years old and has undertaken vocal training with the Australian Boys Choir for the past three years. He also trains with the Young Australian Broadway Chorus in musical theatre and the Australian Boys Dance Academy in dance. Edgar plays a number of musical instruments including percussion, bassoon and guitar. He was fortunate to contribute lyrics to the Hush 16 Piece of Quiet album which was short-listed for an ARIA award. Edgar’s Essay was written and performed by Idea of North and through his involvement with Hush, Edgar appeared on Story Box Library with Lior. Edgar made his stage debut in the role of Gavroche in Les Misérables (YABC) earlier this year. This is Edgar’s professional debut.
